Warwick 903G Side Feed HVLP Spray Gun Review

Hey, it’s Tony Bandalos with the Warwick 903G Side Feed HVLP Spray Gun Review.

I have been using this for a while now, painting multiple projects – both for base coat and clear coat.

It’s not too small but it is a mini gun. It is side feed. The operating pressure is about 10CFM @ 29PSI for the G-model. There is an H-model which is a siphon feed but I’ll show it to you in another review.

You can get these tip sizes — 1.0mm, 1.4mm.

If you’re doing overall car painting (like door jambs or light undercarriage work) then I recommend the 1.4mm tip size. If you are planning to shoot motorcycle tanks and parts, the 1.4 will also be perfect. I have a 1.0mm and 1.4mm and they spray amazing!

The 1.0 tip is more for detail work, like graphics, painting tubular parts like a bicycle frame or smaller parts in general. Yes you can still paint door jambs and a complete motorcycle with it, but you won’t get the material flow out of it like you would a 1.4 tip.

The 903G is only 0.66 lbs. — very light and easy to use. Also, check out the nickel-plated, aluminum die cast body. It’s very shiny and easy to clean. It’s absolutely a beautiful-looking spray gun and it feels very high-quality.

It comes with a 0.4 liter aluminum gravity cup which is just right, not too small and not too big. I think it’s just the perfect size. The 903H model comes with a 0.6 liter cup which is a little bit bigger.

I just love this gun, it sprays fantastic!

It has a 6-inch fan pattern but I think it’s even more than that. I think it even goes with 8-inch fan pattern.

It also has a little stand so you can easily rest it on the table. The cup cover has an easy grip for opening. Adjustment knobs for fluid flow and fan are on the back.

I have sprayed a lot of motorcycle bikes with this spray gun lately so watch the video and check it out. If you’re looking to get a mini spray gun that does all-around painting – perfect for motorcycles, door jambs, and hard-to-reach areas like under the hood, etc. You can just adjust and tilt the cup and spray away.

It’s a really cool and well-engineered little spray gun. It’s very high-quality and definitely not cheaply-made like some of those $40-$50 guns out there.

It has a high atomization rate so when you’re spraying, you get incredible flow.

Make sure you watch the video to see the yellow Harley Davidson gas tank that I just painted with this Warwick 903G spray gun. I didn’t even buff it but see how it turned out. It looks awesome! It came out looking really really nice.

Introducing the Atom Spray Guns! These spray guns are gaining a lot of popularity in the automotive world with its excellent quality at a fraction of the cost of the popular brands. With a combined Japanese and German-style craftsmanship, these spray guns will definitely leave you in awe.
